Job Description

Within the "Product Area Diagnostics and Service Equipment" (AA-AS/PAE) organization, this is an opportunity to experience our professional environment and learn with the best.

You will contribute for ADAS One Solution project, which uses a variety of high-end technologies to support the development of solutions applied towards the "Bosch Car Service" workshop environment.

An important piece of this solution requires full stack skills to develop software application that workshop technicians will use in their work.

In this position you will:

• Be part of a talented multi-cultural and cross-functional software team distributed between Portugal, German and Italy;
• Ensure application high standards (quality, security, performance, user experience) on cross-platforms (Windows and Android);
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements;
• Need to be proactive and driven to address issues, overcome obstacles and propose solutions;
• Be available for occasional travelling and possible short-term assignment in Plochingen, Germany;

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Academic degree in IT field: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar;
• Professional experience with: Java 11, JUnit, Typescript, Angular 12, SCSS, SQL, SQLite, REST, API Integrations;
• Big plus to have experience with: Kotlin, Android, Jenkins, CI/CD;
• Adoption of development best practices: Versioning (Git), Design Patterns, Testing, Security, SOLID, Code review;
• Agile mindset/principles and good communication skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Eligible to work in Portugal and regularly meet with the team in Aveiro;
